To squat wide or narrow? That is the question. Quadruped rocking is a great way to demonstrate the effect of leg positioning on the ability to maintain neutral spine and prevent that early #buttwink when #squatting. On the Left we have a wide stance, on the Right, narrow. Specific anatomy of the femur and pelvis will dictate how we squat. Assess the joint and avoid generalized cueing.
