Got shoulder pain? While shoulder pain can be caused by a million different things, for those of you who know you’re lacking internal rotation, here’s a great way to mobilize that doesn’t require a partner. Using the band to help stabilize the shoulder prevents compensation and allows for more isolated mobilization of the glenohumeral joint into internal rotation.
