One of my favorite exercises for developing anti-rotational core stability is the supine pallof press. The band imparts a rotational force to your trunk that you must resist. Lying supine on the ground prevents compensation through the lower extremities and other movement patterns.
Keep your feet in line with your hips and prevent any rocking at the pelvis. To make this more difficult try performing this while your legs are in the air. Be sure to breathe and perform controlled repetitions. #maestrofied ——————————————-
