The CrossFit Level 1 certificate course made me fall in love with medball cleans. Medball cleans are an excellent way to develop explosiveness and hip drive. I’ve always struggled with opening my hips during lifts, and this is hands-down the best way that I’ve found to drill proper hip extension. Don’t have a medball? Grab a rock!
