Back in Brooklyn and already missing those outdoor family WODs. Fried the shoulders with some pike push-ups, and got the cardio going with a nice rock thruster – over the Rock burpee couplet. EVERYTHING and ANYTHING can be modified and scaled for EVERY and ANY skill level. No excuses. This one definitely got spicy.
Mobility: CARs for all major joints (Controlled Articular Rotations as described by @drandreospina)

Warmup:
TABATA Mountain climbers
TABATA Push ups
TABATA squats

Strength:
5×10 pike push-ups
MetCon: 12 min EMOM
Even: 8 Rock thrusters
Odd: 8 Rock supported/facing burpees
