Who says you need iron to get in a good workout?
In all honesty, bands are probably my favorite way to get that oh-so satisfying muscle pump. The constant tension makes the burn oh so real.
Nothing super fancy here. Just some ideas for those of you looking for something for your upper body that doesn’t require a barbell, or perhaps any of you who live that travel life like me. Super easy to pack and you don’t need much space to move.
Reps? Sets? Always shoot for 3 sets of one billion. Gets the deep fibers that way ?. But really, aim for full range of motion (using a band will let you get more range than with a barbell), focus on where you’re trying to feel it, and make sure you breathe.
