Let’s help that knee pain.

Here’s one of my favorite banded mobilizations for the knee to help improve glide and rotation.

I tend to use this most to help out with pinching in the knee, but it’s application isn’t limited to that.

As always, consult your local medical provider first and stop if you experience any pain.
