Try moving your hands and making your goblet squat moar better (@hunterfitness, that was just for you ?).

Pretty straightforward here. Once again, no ✅ or ❌, because I’m not saying one way is wrong and another way is right. Just giving you some options and hoping that you pay attention to what you’re doing, what you’re feeling, and the overall quality of the movement.

How you hold the kettle bell can dictate your shoulder position, your torso position, and the overall quality of movement. As such, if you find yourself collapsing and really rounding your upper back, you might wanna give this a try.

Now, other factors like thoracic mobility, core stability, hip and ankle mobility will also dictate how pretty your squat looks. However, this is one thing that you can tackle and check off the list pretty easily.
