18.3 Shoulder Recovery

Just a few ideas to help out those shoulders after 18.3. By no means an exhaustive list. Just show your body some love and get the arms moving. I’m using the 7lb @crossoversymmetry bands. Doggos also make everything better. As per always, 3 sets of 1 million. Especially the dancing part. πŸ™ŒπŸΎ
