DM #2: All too often to we get caught up in fancy corrective exercises and “hacks” designed to reset our systems and make us move like the beautiful creatures we were born to be. News flash, yes, your crappy ankle motion is likely contributing to your knee pain, however, focusing on the global movement pattern and never addressing the ankle specifically is gonna get you nowhere. Regional independence before regional interdependence. Aka, make sure all the individual parts work on their own before you worry about how they work together.
