That's our ability to harness the power in the transverse plane by using our core in an anti-rotational capacity. Proximal stability allows for distal mobility. A solid midline allows us to safely harness and and transmit force from one area of our body to another.
Find yourself with a midline like Gumby, and it'll only be a matter of time before you find yourself in injuryville. And I can guarantee you're never gonna find yourself on the winning side of any athletic competition.
