DM #13: Motor control and strength are NOT synonyms! You can have the biggest muscles in the world, but they don't reflexively fire in the appropriate sequence, it don't mean diddlysquat when it comes to movement.
Corrective exercises seek to improve and restore motor control, and this process can be greatly augmented by something like #rocktape. The Kinesthetic guidance provided by tape on your skin, or Cook bands providing resistance/assistance to movement is translated by the brain thousands of times faster than auditory cuing which is why you can see changes so quickly. The caveat is that you gotta repeat it…lots, and lots, and lots, if you want it to stick.
