DM #14: One of my favorite quotes that really helps to capture the idea of regional independence before regional interdependence. If your ankle is locked up and all you're doing are squat correctives and never acrually addressing that ankle, you're gonna be doing correctives for a loooooong time.
Make sure all the parts work correctly by themselves before you worry about how they're all playing together. Ensure you have the prerequisite mobility for the pattern before you endlessly drill the pattern. Until then, you may have to regress the postural demands or the movement pattern all together. Then you can progress and use your correctives to hit the save button and lock it all in.
