DM #42: We are creatures of habit and our nervous system LOVES repetition.
Want something to stick? Do it over and over again. Want to make sure that the proper pattern is what sticks? Then make sure you're doing it properly!

Spent the morning working on handstands as prescribed by the incredible @garagegymgirl, and if there's one thing I've learned, it's that it's not good enough to simply do something and just go through the motions. If you are training, your actions must be intentional, purposeful, and specific to your goals. Otherwise, all that you'll get out of it is is the same crap that you put in.

Neuroplasticity is a real thing. Look it up. Make sure when you're pruning you're getting rid of the bad stuff. Not adding to it. Remember, practice doesn't make perfect, practice makes permanent.
