DM #45: It's not always crappy patterns and compensatory movements that lead to injury. As @drandreospina preaches, load > capacity = injury.
Even with the most beautiful movement, if you load that tissue more than it can handle or more times than it's ready for, injury may very well come knocking at your door.
The solution? Virtuous movement, exploring the entire range, loaded gradually over time. Building resilient tissues is more than just moving well. Respect the process, respect the tissues.
