DM #95: Dedicating this one to everyone who graduated from PT school today, especially my girl, @mjguttenberg.

This is a mantra that we at @RockTape live by, and I encourage all you new grads to do the same. Your hard work has paid off and you've finally reached the light at the end of the tunnel. So what next?

The physical therapy profession is at crossroads right now, a bit of an identity crisis perhaps. I've spoken with many of you, I've read your emails, I've heard your voices. You want something bigger, something better, something different than what we have right now. No one is going to give that to you. The current model is not going to suddenly evolve and present that to you. If you want it, you must create it.

Follow your passion, chase your dreams, and make your reality whatever you want it to be. The fact of the matter is that the current model is pretty broken. Forget the band-aids, forget the patch jobs. Go and build something that is unbreakable.
