190# going up on a Monday. Light weight to some, but I've made it a point to start judging myself on an absolute scale, and only consider relativity as it relates to MY own past performances. Not a PR, but SUPER stoked about this because I had ZERO hip pain and pinch at the bottom of the squat. Progress! Not gonna lie, I'm really loving this @comptrainmasters programming. —
Actually used a @rocktape Big Daddy tweak taping application (for neurosensory cuing) on my hip today for prophylactic measures (you don't have to wait until you're in pain to use tape) and I definitely think it helped. And no, not just via the “placebo” effect. ? Gonna post a video after this showing how I taped it for those of you interested. So happy to be back in Cali…even if it is just for one day. ?

Was it the country music that actually made the differerence? The world may never know.?
