YES!!! The resource that so many of you have been asking me for. While I am a pelvic for PT, I am by no means an expert when it comes to working with the pregnant and post-partum athlete. ?It's finally here?
Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism is a course for coaches or aspiring coaches who want to better meet the needs and demands of their clients and community, and further their continuing education.

There are plenty of prenatal and postnatal informational sources out there. However, this course was created from the perspective of a strength and conditioning coach who specializes in guiding a spectrum of women through the athletic chapters of pregnancy and postpartum recovery with an emphasis on sustainable athleticism and women’s health considerations that are often neglected in other courses for this population.

This course is not just about core and pelvic health during pregnancy and postpartum; it’s about integrating these significant considerations and strategies into big picture athleticism from the top down.

If you can coach and understand the goals and demands of a high level athlete, that skill set is transferable to a wider spectrum of training, healing, movement, sustainable performance, and mindset.
ALL women who desire to move and perform to keep up with the demands of motherhood, and/or the demands of their fitness and ongoing athleticism are ATHLETES.

Let’s create a team of coaches who can implement creativity, critical thinking, and improved programming considerations for these chapters in a woman’s athletic life. We are the quality control they desire and deserve.
