Strategically said flexibility, not mobility, because mobility implies owning all that range and being active throughout the entirety of the movement.
Flexibility is a component of mobility, and something that will absolutely help with your movement, but if you ain’t being active in that new range then you’ve just given yourself a whole bunch of room to get hurt.
