I’m so excited I got to sit down with today’s guest because he is someone who is obsessed—and you all know how much I LOVE obsession. His is the only podcast I listen to, he is a 3-time CrossFit Regional athlete, and a founder of Evolve Training Systems and Paragon Training Methods… He is the one, the only Bryan Boorstein.
This conversation didn’t go the exact way I planned (that’s okay, Bryan will just have to come back) but I absolutely loved having it. We talked about the benefits of walking, nutrition, owning both a physical and an online business, and how if you want to be the best, you’ve gotta do the most.
