I hit up 17.4 (It has 55+ deadlifts at 155/225 as part of it for those of you unfamiliar with the CrossFit) and I knew that this has to be tonight's DM.
We are NOT fragile. In fact, we're pretty fucking incredible. You don't have jelly donuts in your spine (maybe in your belly, but that's another DM ?) and you're capable of more than you think.
