Anyways, felt it was only appropriate to post this as tonight’s DM since I dropped part one of my Touch Your Toes with the Maestro series early this evening, and it was all about, you guessed it, BREATHING!
I think I’ve done more DMs about breathing than about anything else, so I’m gonna keep this caption short and choose to work smarter, not harder. Want more info about breathing? It ALL starts with the breath. Don’t believe me? Don’t think it’s that important? Want a million studies to prove it? Try holding your breath for 10 minutes and see what happens. How’s that for a case study.
PS – yes, it’s also the crossroad for the nervous system and immune system, but that wasn’t part of the quote (because she wasn’t focusing on that as it related to the article) so, yeah. Take it easy.
