After payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to your comprehensive intake form that will be used to establish your audience, intent, and vision for the site. This MUST be completed before your intake call.
This 30-minute Zoom call is where I get to know you, your business, and your goals. Your intake form covers all the other details. This call is simply about connecting with you and making sure I fully understand you and what you want from your website messaging before I dive into the audit.
After we complete our call, I'm off to the races. I go through your site and audit your messaging in full. Every. Single. Page. If I have any questions during this time, I'll reach out.
Your audit includes three things: an overview video walking you through my findings, a written report with my key recommendations, and pinned feedback directly on your site with exactly what to change and where. Delivered within two weeks of your intake call.
For two weeks after your audit drops, I'm available by email to answer questions as you work through the video, the report, and the pinned feedback. This is your time to get clarity on anything that feels confusing, ask for help anywhere that you get stuck, and ask for feedback on any copy that you update.
This is feedback you can implement immediately. I'm not sending you a 32-page report you'll never touch. I'm making sure your site speaks to your people, in your voice, in a way they understand, and makes it crystal clear that you can (and will) help them.

That's fine. I audit what's currently live. Just know that if you're planning major changes, you might want to wait until those are published.
No. You get directional feedback and suggestions, not full rewrites. This is about telling you what needs to change, not doing it for you.
Doesn't matter. Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, Showit, whatever. As long as it's live and I can view it.
The week of support is all that is included. After that, we're done unless you want to book additional time separately.
You'll have access for 60 days after delivery. After our two weeks of support ends, you won't be able to ask me questions, but you'll have access to all of the website feedback comments housed in Ruttl. After 60 days, the Ruttl project closes, but you'll have had plenty of time to implement the feedback or save what you need.
No. I only need the live URL. All feedback happens on the front end through Ruttl.
