Maestro's
Crew 5252

A 12-month accountability program guaranteed to get you out of your head, out of your way, and finally consistent with content creation.

Get your ideas out of your head and into the world, not by collecting more information, but by building a habit and making content creation a part of who you are. This program works because I'm in your shit, paying attention, and holding you accountable every step of the way.

Your year, visualized consistency rate: 78%
Less More

This is consisitency, mapped. Sparse at the start. Denser every week you keep going. Effort compounds.

The problem

Why most people never get consistent

Real talk: most people quit, or can't stay consistent, for the same few reasons. This program is built to address every one of them.

01
The problem

The goal was too big. You commit to five posts a week, miss four, and feel like a failure.

My solution

You start with one platform and one realistic weekly target, set together on your calibration call.

02
The problem

You wait for a result in order to keep going. No likes, no replies, so you stop.

My solution

The win is showing up. Nothing else.

03
The problem

You rely on motivation instead of a system. Motivation runs out.

My solution

A visible weekly target, a coach, and a group who can see your activity doesn't.

04
The problem

You make the thing but never publish it. Perfectionism, overwhelm, and fear of judgment keep it sitting in drafts.

My solution

Voxer broadcasts, group check-ins, and hot seats on the monthly call make that normal to talk about, and something you actually move through, not just intellectualize.

05
The problem

You fall off, and the longer you're gone, the harder it is to come back.

My solution

This program expects that. Picking back up after a miss is part of the process.

Showing up is the win. In Crew 52 we have expectations of effort, not outcome.

How it works

52 opportunities. One week at a time.

Targets can and will likely change over the course of the year and the goal is to show up one week at a time until content creation becomes as second nature as brushing your teeth.

Deliverable 01

Kickoff + calibration calls

The program will kick off with a group call on Tuesday, August 4th at 12pm PT.

Each member will also get their own individual 60-minute calibration call during August. On that calibration call we will establish realistic content creation targets and outline an initial plan of action specific to your goals, capacity, and current volume of content creation (psst, it's ok if that number is 0).

Tue, Aug 4 · 12pm PT Kickoff call Whole group, together
During August Calibration call 1:1, just you and me
Deliverable 02

Your custom tracker

From there you will log your work in a custom tracker. (I am so excited to vibe code this.)

The custom tracker is where your consistency becomes visible, both to you and to me. It's a custom tool I built for this program, a GitHub-style heatmap, that fills in as you log your work throughout the year.

Every week you post, that shows up. Every week you don't, that shows up too.

This is the primary way I keep tabs on what's actually getting done across the group, and it's the backbone of the accountability you're signing up for. External accountability FTW.

Monthly group call

Once a month the group will come together for a two-hour group call.

First Tuesday 12pm PT 2 hours
  • 1

We check in on what you've done since the last call.

  • 2

We work through hot seats, so if you're stuck, you get unstuck in real time.

  • 3

You get your questions answered live.

  • 4

You can brainstorm out loud if you need.

  • 5

I'll teach briefly on the monthly topic.

  • 6

Together we set the focus for the month ahead.

Included in every monthly call
Let's get practical

Each month's call includes a short teaching segment on a practical topic.

Remember, the goal of this program is NOT to collect more information, it's to take action and build a habit.

Topics will be chosen based on what I think will be most helpful after assessing what the group was and was not able to get accomplished the previous month. Topics will include:

  • Instagram content creation tips
  • Email marketing and copywriting
  • Messaging
  • Podcasting basics
  • Tech/gear suggestions
  • Editing tools
  • Using AI
  • Repurposing content
  • Strategies for increasing engagement
  • Time management systems
  • Actionable mindset strategies
Deliverable 04

Voxer, in between calls

In between calls, Voxer keeps things moving. Voxer is a free voice note and text messaging app, and I'll drop in regularly with check-ins (yes, I will call you out if you go missing), reminders, prompts, and anything that comes to mind that I believe will be helpful for the group.

Questions and discussion are saved for the monthly call, as this space is for staying on track, not working through individual questions.
Tier two members will get more hand-holding. Members of tier 2 will have direct 1:1 Voxer access to get feedback on their individual content when they ask for it, someone to talk through ideas with, and support that is specific to their needs. See Tier 2

What a year looks like

This could be you.

Change doesn't happen all at once, and that's exactly why I made this program a full year. Slowly, slowly, suddenly.

Month 3

It stops being a debate

You've hit your target enough times that showing up isn't a decision you agonize over anymore. The tracker has real color in it now, and you don't want to break the streak.

Month 6

It's just what you do now

Half a year of reps. You've fallen off, gotten called out, and picked back up, more than once, and the world didn't end. Content creation has stopped being the thing you dread and started being a habit.

Month 12

You don't need me anymore

A full year on the board. The habit is yours now, as automatic as brushing your teeth. You walk away able to do this without a coach, a tracker, or a group holding you to it.

Ready to build the habit?

The Movement Maestro

Well hello there! The quick and dirty about me is that I'm a physical therapist by trade and an online business coach by choice. If there's one thing about me, imma hold you accountable. If you tell me you're going to do something, I will text you 3 years later like I said I would and check to make sure you did your shit.

Consistency is one of my most annoying super-powers.

720+ podcast episodes on the OG podcast, Maestro on the Mic. Closing in on a year and about to hit episode 50 of the new podcast, Prompting Curiosity. 6 years of sending a weekly email to my Mafia. 7 years of sending a weekly email to the fine folks on my main list. One year of writing a weekly blog post for my paid blog, Maestro Musings. And I've been fighting for my life in those Instagram streets for the past 11+ years, racking up over 5,000 posts along the way.

When it comes to consistency, I'm not teaching from theory.

I've run enough coaching programs to know exactly why folks struggle to get started, why people fall off the wagon, and consistency seems to come so easily for things like working out and feels damn near impossible when it comes to writing to your list.

Crew 52 is my solution. I'm not here to fire hose you with information you already know and help you lean into your procrastilearning habit. I'm here to make sure you actually do thing, week after week, until content creation becomes as second nature as brushing your teeth.

Best for you if: you do well with visible structure and peer accountability, and knowing that both I and the group can see your activity is enough to keep you honest.

  • Pick ONE primary platform to start; build and stack once the habit is established
  • Weekly logging in the custom app, including your GitHub-style annual heatmap
  • Group Voxer: mindset support, encouragement, reminders it's okay to suck at first, call-outs when someone's gone quiet
  • Monthly group call, first Tuesday, 12pm PT, 2 hours: report in, hot seats, live Q&A, monthly theme, commitments
  • A visible weekly target that makes the only question "did you do it"

FAQ

Perhaps you've got questions?

Is this a course?

No. There's no curriculum to work through and nothing new to learn. You already know what to do, you're just not doing it consistently. This program is built around accountability and structure, not more information.

I don't have time to make content consistently.

Good, because the program starts with one platform and one realistic target, set on your calibration call. Not five posts a week. One thing you can actually hit, given the life you actually have. The point isn't to add a mountain of work, it's to build a habit that fits.

I've tried accountability programs before and still fell off.

Then you're exactly who I built this for. Most programs treat falling off as failure and quietly let you disappear. This one expects it. The tracker makes your gaps visible, Voxer means I notice when you go quiet, and picking back up after a miss is a built-in part of the process, not a reason to quit.

Is a 12-month commitment really necessary?

Yes, and the lock-in is the feature, not the bug. Habits don't form in 4 weeks, and the easiest time to quit is right after you've had a rough stretch. A full year means you can't bail the moment it gets hard, which is precisely the moment most people walk away. You're committing to yourself, and I'm here to make sure you follow through.

What if I miss a week?

It happens, and it's built into the program. Falling off and picking back up is part of the process, not a failure. The tracker shows the gap, and you just start again the following week.

Which platforms does this help with?

Instagram, email, and podcasting are my specialty, so those are where I can go deepest. But you're welcome to bring whatever platform you're focused on. The goal here isn't a deep dive into how to use any specific platform, it's building the consistency to actually show up on it.

Do I have to attend every monthly call?

It's strongly encouraged, that's where accountability, hot seats, and your questions get addressed live. If you can't make it, you'll have access to the recording.

What's the actual difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2?

Tier 1 gives you the tracker, group Voxer, and the monthly call. Tier 2 includes all of that plus direct access to me for feedback, questions, and support specific to you and your needs.

Can I upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 2 after the program has already started?

Reach out and we'll see if there's room. Tier 2 will be capped at 10 spots.

Can I cancel if I fall off track?

Nope. Crew 52 is a 12-month commitment, intentionally. You can pay monthly or in full, but either way you're comitting to a full year. There's no cancellation mid-term. And not that I'm betting against you, but I've specifically designed the program with the expectation that life will get lifey and some people will fall off and need to be pulled back in. I've accounted for that, I'm prepared for that, and I will help you get through that should you find yourself in that position.

What happens after the 12 months are up?

I honestly haven't gotten that far yet. Right now, this program is the whole focus. Worrying about month 13 before you've shown up for month 1 is exactly the kind of thing that gets people off track. We'll cross that bridge when we get there 😉

1 coach. 1 focus. 52 opportunities.

Let's build the habit, 1 week at a time.

Make the commitment to yourself, make the commitment to the program, and I promise I will help you make the thing…consistently.
