DM #183: My boy @mykinetichealth shared a dope IG post yesterday promoting and even more dope blog post by @peak.body.integration that dropped some even dopier (hmmm…i’m just gonna let that one go) knowledge bombs about the gut.
I devote a ton of my posts to movement and the nervous system, and I’d be hugely remiss if I didn’t do at least one DM about the role that the GI plays with things. Hint: It’s HUGE.
