DM #564: Now, before you go trying to think of an example to disprove this statement, let’s just take a moment to look at it at face value and see how beautiful it is.

@cynthiabahhhhh left this quote as a comment on DM #577, credited it to Joseph Pilates, and knocked my socks off. Immediately knew that this had to be a DM. Behind the neck pressing, Jefferson curls, pronation, knee valgus positioning, the list could go on…These movements in and of themselves are not bad for you. It is when we do them without control, without training, with too much force, with too much speed, with too much resistance/load, that they begin to pose a problem.

Really though, I don’t think there’s much else I can say about it, nor do I really want to continue my rambling and detract from the sheer brilliance of this statement. So, I think I’m just gonna take my own advice and end the caption here. You’re welcome.
