It's the final episode of 2020 and we're chatting about something that I've seen come up time and time again this year: Having the courage to choose ONE thing.
The nervous systems' desire for safety can cause us to hedge our bets and try to keep our options open. The only problem is, as our nervous system focuses on surviving, splitting of attention keeps us from thriving.
By no means advocating putting all your eggs in one basket, but I am strongly suggesting that if growth is your goal, focusing on one thing at a time should be at the heart of your plan of attack.
Yes, I know you're a complex individual with varied interests and a multitude of skills, and me asking you to choose one thing is borderline offensive.
