You don't have to be a millionaire to help out your neck.

Here's a nice little way to jerry-rig yourself up some cervical traction to help decompress that neck.
—
Now, who should be using this? Folks who have been medically cleared (covering my ? here). Who can this help? Anyone with any sort of neck tightness/pain/discomfort. As always, get assessed first to figure out what's going on and if this is for you.
—
The goal? Use the band to cradle that head and provide a nice gentle pull to help free up some space in that neck and let those tissues relax. Moving yourself away from where the and is attached can help create more of a feeling of decompression/lengthening, instead of just a feeling of having your head suspended.
—
How long to do it? Until your head falls off ?. Nah, I usually recommend about 5-10 minutes, but shorter is also totally fine. Go with feel.
—
Want something a bit nicer? My dude @prehab2perform is in the final stages of launching the @neckhammock, so go give that a look. Super excited about it. In the meantime, grab yourself a @perform_better band and show you neck some love.
