DM #347: Yes, Rocky, as in Rocky Balboa. I watched Creed today while on my flight over to NYC and this line really stuck with me.

Whether you use it to your advantage or not, time will always pass, time will always win. Be diligent about your ? and work on your weaknesses, you won't be the same person next year that you are today. But guess what, it didn't happen overnight, it took time. Choose to do nothing about your pain or the various signals that your body is giving you and asking for change? Time is going to win, and you're going to break down.

Time will always pass. There will never be a way to make more of it. It can be the great equalizer or the reason for one's demise. The clock always continues to tick, and you have a choice to waste it or make the most of it. After-all, that time is going to pass anyway, right?

My point? Respect it, be wise about it, and use it to your advantage. Just because it always wins doesn't mean that you have to lose.
