Schedule Your Intake Call

Pick a date and time that works best for you and complete payment to lock in your spot.

Complete Your Intake Form

After payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to your comprehensive intake form that will be used to establish your audience, intent, and vision for the site. This MUST be completed before your intake call.

We Meet

This 30-minute Zoom call is where I get to know you, your business, and your goals. Your intake form covers all the other details. This call is simply about connecting with you and making sure I fully understand you and what you want from your website messaging before I dive into the audit.

I Do the Work

After we complete our call, I'm off to the races. I go through your site and audit your messaging in full. Every. Single. Page. If I have any questions during this time, I'll reach out.

Receive Your Audit

Your audit includes three things: an overview video walking you through my findings, a written report with my key recommendations, and pinned feedback directly on your site with exactly what to change and where. Delivered within two weeks of your intake call.

Implement + Ask Questions

For two weeks after your audit drops, I'm available by email to answer questions as you work through the video, the report, and the pinned feedback. This is your time to get clarity on anything that feels confusing, ask for help anywhere that you get stuck, and ask for feedback on any copy that you update.

What You Get

This is feedback you can implement immediately. I'm not sending you a 32-page report you'll never touch. I'm making sure your site speaks to your people, in your voice, in a way they understand, and makes it crystal clear that you can (and will) help them.

Full Site Messaging Audit

  • I will audit your entire site, with an emphasis on the home page and services pages
  • Feedback is provided via Ruttl — a private review tool that displays your site and allows pinned comments directly on your pages.
  • As part of the audit you will also receive a two-page summary report highlighting the key issues and priorities
  • Your audit will be delivered within two weeks of your scheduled audit intake call
  • After you receive your audit, you have two weeks of support to ask questions via Ruttl or email. Implementation questions, clarification, "did you mean this?" — all fair game
  • Important: This is copywriting direction and suggestions, not full done-for-you rewrites.

What I'm looking at:

  • Overall clarity: Is it immediately obvious what you do and who you help?
  • Avatar/audience alignment: Does your messaging speak directly to your ideal client's actual problems, wants, needs, and values?
  • Voice presence: Can people hear YOU in the writing, or does it sound bland and basic AF?
  • Voice consistency: Does your tone stay consistent across pages, or does it shift confusingly?
  • Intent-impact congruence: Does what you're trying to communicate actually land the way you want it to?

What You Need

A website with at least a home page and services/offers page. That’s it.

If you’re mid-redesign, that’s fine. The audit is based on what’s currently live.

Questions You Might Have

What if my website isn't finished yet?

That's fine. I audit what's currently live. Just know that if you're planning major changes, you might want to wait until those are published.

Do you rewrite my copy for me?

No. You get directional feedback and suggestions, not full rewrites. This is about telling you what needs to change, not doing it for you.

What platform does my website need to be on?

Doesn't matter. Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, Showit, whatever. As long as it's live and I can view it.

What if I have questions after the two weeks of support ends?

The week of support is all that is included. After that, we're done unless you want to book additional time separately.

How long do I have access to the Ruttl pinned comment feedback?

You'll have access for 60 days after delivery. After our two weeks of support ends, you won't be able to ask me questions, but you'll have access to all of the website feedback comments housed in Ruttl. After 60 days, the Ruttl project closes, but you'll have had plenty of time to implement the feedback or save what you need.

Do I need to give you backend access to my site?

No. I only need the live URL. All feedback happens on the front end through Ruttl.
