Scenes from yesterday's training session. On Saturday we fill in the gaps. Step ups to try to even out my asymmetrical lower extremity strength (competition bells make you look so badass, I think that's about 3.2 lbs though ?), shoulder taps to help work on loading my left shoulder AND to work on the anti-rotational capabilities of my core (definitely some asymmetries there), loaded carries because they are the ?(thanks for the remote coaching @amucurio ?), and some banded RNT work to once again help me better load my left leg.
@cjsal was finally back from vacay and all was right in the world. Movement is absolutely the best kind of medicine.
PS – I'm not typically a Reebok person, but how fire is that colorway??! #Maestrofied
