First coffee, then recovery. Finished off today's recovery session with some @RockTape #RockBlade action. Slow, deep pressure to tap into those Ruffini receptors and get things to relaxxxxxx, with a little pin and stretch technique to improve fascial gliding.

Here's an idea, hold the tool steady and instead move the treatment area. Let gravity be your friend and allow the tool do the work. After all, it's Sunday and you deserve a break ?
