Day 5 of @venus2bfab's 14 day #flowinto2017 challenge. Honestly, I'm most impressed that I didn't split my pants with this one.
Did it at midnight (seems like it's becoming a thing) with the sound of the ocean in the background, and I gotta say…I didn't hate it.
If frogs hopped as poorly as I do they'd be extinct. But, I don't care. Again, just happy to get out of this one with my pants intact. I also almost killed myself trying to grab my leg in that side plank. Checked my ego and regressed it and stayed alive. So, another win in my book.
Happy with how my squat position is coming along, and as @09cmoncure said, really loving the meditative aspect of these flows.
As you can see, you don't need a special outfit and you don't need much space to flow. You're probably gonna feel a little silly at first, and more thank Lille's very humbled. You're not going to be perfect (because that doesn't exist), and your not going to look like Venus (I sure as hell don't ?) and that's ok. Progress, not perfection. So, I encourage you to join the flow challenge. Your joints will thank you.
