Absolutely could not pass up the opportunity for a little lunchtime flow during today's @rocktape course. In this company we practice what we preach, and movement is absolutely medicine. Gotta get your daily dose. I don't look anywhere near as good as @venus2bfab, but she gave me permission to have fun and that's exactly what I did ? Even got a little cameo from one of today's attendees and what she said was too god to cut out. Get out and move. It's contagious. #Maestrofied
