17.1 Recovery. Spent some time moving at the beach this morning to help work out some of the soreness from 17.1, and this proved to be my favorite movement combo so I figured I'd share it with you. Concentric/isometric activation of that posterior chain followed by some nice active elongation. And because we're squatting, we get the core (and the rest of the body ?) involved which will help take some stress off of that low back. Being on the sand definitely helps cheat the ankle dorsiflexion that is required, and I'm 100% ok with that. Honestly, just being at the beach makes everything feel better ??♂️ So, if you're feeling a little sore and lit up from 17.1, give this one a shot and lemme know what you think. Beach not required ? #Maestrofied
