DM #294: Where you focus your energy, you'll see results. Simple as that.
Those results may be good or not so good. That's going to depend on you. Focus on the bad stuff and that's what's going to grow. Whether that bad stuff is poor movement, a bad diet, or just a ?-y outlook on life.
To keep this post movement related, I could use examples of any of the movement/mobility improvement schools out there: FRC, yoga, the Wim Hof method, SFMA, Pilates, kinstretch, tai-chi, meditation..whatever. Focus on ANY of them and you will see improvement. It's as simple as that. Intention drives efficacy.
Pick something. Anything. Focus. Act with intention, and the results will follow.
