Quick tip I filmed today that can help those of you who get that punchy feeling in your knee with deep squats. —
Often times in the presence of dysfunction, the knee has lost internal rotation and its ability to glide well. So, let's give it back.

Using the rower is a nice way to unload this mobilization if you find that working on your knee in standing/squatting/kneeling/full weight bearing is too painful.
