It honestly matter what path you go down, what paradigm you subscribe to, what school you follow. Something works for everyone. The biggest factors that differentiate success and failure, is intention and consistency.

Any exercise can become the best, or hardest exercise ever simply by truly focusing on what you're doing. Any intervention can bring about change if you do it enough time. Whether those changes are good or bad are honestly up to you…and the attention you give to the process.

So, animal flow, FRC, yoga, crossfit, Pilates, step aerobics, parkour, Olympic lifting, kinstretch, BJJ, meditation, WHATEVER you want. Pick something. Work with intention. Be consistent. The results will follow.
