No need to go trying to force your stuff on other folks. No one paradigm is better than another, and no one school of movement will be right for everyone. We enjoy doing what we're good at, and typically what we're good at is what best interacts with our nervous system. It's not threatening, even though it may be challenging, and we typically become pretty good at it somewhat quickly.

So, take-home message: do what moves you. No one thing is better than other. If it doesn't hurt you, and it makes you happy, dive in. Life's too short.
