So how do I interpret it? Talk is cheap. ??♂️ While theorizing and explaining things about movement is great, you'll never own a movement pattern until you actually MOVE! Similarly, you'll never truly grasp a concept until you DO something. Teach it. Recount it. Make a story out of it. Something. You must bring it to life.

I think this has some nice extensions to pain science as well. I love everything that is out there and all the discussions being had, but as always I fear that the pendulum is swinging too far and we must bring it back.

While I do believe that education is the most potent pain mediator that we have, we must not discount the bio portion of the biopsychosocial model, and the fact that true physiological processes are occurring when someone experiences pain, be it at the level of the tissues or the level of the brain. To that end, if we want to create new neural pathways and really tap into nueroplasticity concepts, we must move.
