DM #366: The squat rack may be taken, but gravity will ALWAYS be available.

Had this discussion with one of my favorite patients today, @memali108, and while it's true that at times you might need extra resistance to meet your goals, as long as you know what direction gravity is going, you always have a way to impart some sort of resistance and provide yourself with a challenge.

I'm sure my bodyweight experts out there like @garagegymgirl and @venus2bfab would agree with me when I say that more times that not, gravity is more than enough of a stimulus, you just have to know how to position your body and what movements to perform.

So, tonight's message: continue to curse that brochacho who's curling in the squat rack, but never forget about your homie, gravity. She ain't going anywhere.
