Nothing fancy. Just some pause percentage position work ?. Still got cement feet, my hair looks crazy, and I almost missed the last one, buuuuuuut: things are overall getting better, it was a beautiful day and I got to work out outside, the entire squad showed up today and @cjsal made some hilarious sounds in the video, AND my jeep is in the shot thanks to my shoddy ? skills. Overall, I'd call it a win. Camille, do I look like Mattie yet?!? ???♂️
