@preparetoperform dropped this bomb during his Art of Breathing seminar with @iamunscared. Straight fire. Believe it or not, breath training and temperature exposure can be used to provide the same physiological benefits as the hard-style training you're used to that your body can only take so much of. Workouts don't need to leave you on the ground, dead, to be effective. Figure out why you're doing what you're doing, how it works, and if there's a better way to go about it.
