DM #405: Yesterday we talked about how you gotta be active if you actually want your gains to stick, tonight let's chat a little about just what that activity should look like.

The pendulum. It always swings too far. Correctives are great and have their place, but I fear that folks are spending so much time doing them that it makes me wonder when they have time to actually work out, play, and just enjoy their movement.

Another short one tonight, and likely for the rest of the week since I'm in Tahoe on vacation, but the take-home is simple: stop looking for shortcuts. Correctives help but don't replace. Don't forget that.
