If your ? has been bothering you for any amount of time, you ain't gonna fix it in five minutes. Plain and simple. No single adjustment, drug, surgery, or movement is going to provide and immediate solution. It just doesn't work like that.

If you've had any sort of pain and/or dysfunction for a while then the reality is that you've likely developed compensatory patterns, your body has adopting guarded positions, you've lost some strength, you've lost some size, things aren't sliding as nicely, your nervous system has begun to create new pathways in your brain (I could go on)…all things that take time to change and improve.

Even if you find yourself fortunate enough to start working with a good provider, unless that provider's name is Jesus…it's still gonna take time. ??♂️ That's just the nature of the beast.

Take home: If you've had it for a while…it's gonna take a while. Especially if you refuse to stop doing the stuff that jacks it up.
