DM #495: A play off of one of my favorite quotes from @preparetoperform, “When we are conditioning, are we addressing physiology or just suffering better?” (And also DM #387 ?)

So, there's a time and a place for everything. Sometimes with training it's about learning how to suffer. How to go to that dark place and stay there and get the win. It's not for everyone, but I'm certainly not here to chastise anyone brave enough to go there. BUT, as always, we can't let the pendulum swing too far. Every session can't be about that. Every session should not about that.

Virtuous movement. Quality over quantity. Not saying that everything has to be PERFECT all the time, just move with intent and listen to your body. Longevity should be the ultimate goal.
