Stop rushing back from injuries. Where's the fire? I get it, you want to play, but let's take a lesson from RGIII, shall we? Most of the folks I've seen rushing back from injury are in reality just speeding towards their next injury.

Tissues need time to heal. It's #science. Physiological healing takes time, as does engraining new movement patterns. Non-contact injuries speak to less than ideal movement patterns, and unless you retrain them, those less than ideal movement patterns are still gonna be there after surgery/rest/time off.

By no means trying to she you if you've been injured or are currently injured. Just want to get again remind you that the goal should be longevity; remember the bigger picture.
