I get it. I'm right there with you. You worked hard for those gains and it's terrifying thinking about them slipping away, forcing you to once again have to endure that uphill battle that got you to where you are today. Breathe. It's gonna be already.

Rest ain't the enemy, and in all likelihood, you probably need more of it. The law of diminishing returns is a very real thing, and unless you're a professional athlete, sacrificing all of your time (and likely your health) to train around the clock and improve 1% honestly isn't worth it.

The gains WILL stay. And if you balance it all out right, more will come. Carryover is a very real thing. Trust the process. Listen to your body. Remember that rest isn't a dirty word.
