DM #539: And when it's stolen, that's usually accompanied by pain and dysfunction.
—
There's a reason it takes kids so long to walk. They must EARN the right to be upright. Stay star off with unlimited mobility, and it's not until they roll, crawl, creep, fall, squat, scootch, etc, and gain that stability they are able to resistant the relentless efforts of gravity and actually stand on their own two feet and walk.

So what am I trying to say? If you want stability, you must MOVE. Gotta be active. Gotta do something. Even if it's just working on the breath. After all, that is the most fundamental movement pattern that we have ?. Active results demand active interventions. Tight tissue is typically tissue that's providing stolen stability. Go find out who needs to earn their keep but has been coming up short. Remember, earned, not given. Built, not born. @builtnotbornfitness ??.
