Everything in moderation. Exercise, donuts, alcohol…and saying yes. It’s ok to say no. It’s ok to not want to do something…and then not do it. Comprise can be a very good thing, unless you’re compromising yourself.

I’m especially looking at my female viewers right now. The self-imposed pressure to please people is a very real thing. Had a dope conversation with @jessicahetherington a few weeks ago for her upcoming Fearful to Fierce virtual summit, and this was something that came up more than once. I’m not encouraging you to stubbornly say no to everything, just gently reminding you that if it’s something you abhor doing, if given the option, it’s 100% ok to say no. Except for that extra set of squats. You should aways say yes to that. ?
